Thermostatic Mixing Modules

Pump modules for radiant floor heating systems.
  • Ultimate comfort: provides floor warming or room heating using a thermostatic mixing valve to control the supplied water temperature
  • A total package: all the required pumps, valves, wiring & controls for a zoned radiant floor heating system
  • Compact and neat: all components neatly laid out in a single cabinet, simplifying maintenance & troubleshooting
  • Can provide heating for up to five zones.  Each zone has its own pump for energy savings compared to one large pump and a pressure  bypass.
  • For systems up to 70,000 Btu/hr total heating heating capacity

Each module includes:
  • One pump per zone
  • One thermostatic mixing valve
  • Attractive white finished cabinet that can be recessed or surface mounted 
  • Controls for connection to standard thermostat signal (24VAC)
  • TT connections for boiler/primary pump 
  • Electrical cord for standard 120VAC power
  • All connections are copper sweat (optional PEX or NPT available)
  • Optional daily pump exerciser/cycle timer

TMM Alpha
Our new ultra-efficient TMM, featuring Grundfos Alpha pumps
  • Variable power pumps automatically adjust according to system pressures, consuming only as much power as is needed.





TMMD - Direct
For direct connection to a tankless water heater. 
  • Each module includes: one pump to supply water from the tankless water heater, one pump for each floor zone, one thermostatic mixing valve.

TMMX - with heat exchanger
With plate heat exchanger to separate the in-floor from the hot water source. Suitable for glycol or domestic hot water.
  • Includes pump, brazed plate heat exchanger, pressure relief, air vent, expansion tank connection and pressure gauge. 
  • Expansion tank not included.
